We have changed our terms and conditions to better address the uncertain times we all live in. We are doing this to give you, our customers, trust that, whatever happens, you not be left out of pocket or without assistance

• Our charter flights are fully ATOL-bonded and 100% financial protection is in place.
• Amendments to summer flight only bookings- including name changes, a change of destination or date - may be made up to 12 weeks prior to departure with no administration charges.*
• Changes may also be made within 12 weeks of departure - depending on the circumstances admin. or cancellation fees may apply. However our Coronavirus policy is designed to reassure customers that, should Government travel advice/travel corridors, border closures or flight cancellations mean the flight cannot proceed, no customer will be left out of pocket, and every assistance will be given to rebook, rearrange or refund with no quibbles.
• 24 hour Duty Office who can be called at any time.

*Please note that any supplier charges (airlines mainly) for amendments will be passed on - these will be quoted at the time of the change being requested. The price of a deferred holiday is likely to be different and this will be quoted on enquiry (if the deferral date is a long time ahead we may need to wait for flight and accommodation costs to be available before we can give a confirmed price). For holidays deferred to the following year a new deposit will be required, which will be deducted from the final balance.
