Kalamata

Kavala

Kos

Lemnos

Mytilene
An amazing city full of life and surprises, and if you are someone with a long history of Greece, it may remind you of Athens in the fifties. Mytilene is built upon seven hills and is full of history; it is perhaps the most culturally enlightened city in Greece, and therefore offers museums full of interesting remnants. In the summertime the castle is used for performances of travelling groups of musicians, theatre, opera and art festivals. The waterfront comes alive with traffic by 8am and stays that way until just after 1pm when the stores close and everyone heads for a siesta. But by the early evening the city is alive again with activity. The marketplace is one of the most active in Greece with shops of every variety. This is not your typical quiet Greek island village, but it is certainly a very entertaining place.
Preveza
Before becoming a Greek state, it was once occupied by the Venetians, the French and the Turkish. Today this picturesque little port and scenic surroundings create a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, where you can enjoy sophisticated entertainment and historical sites.
Rhodes
This island is blessed with over 300 days of sunshine a year. This island offers a contrast in its qualities as it has many sandy beaches, secluded coves, spectacular scenery, lively nightlife and historical monuments. The medieval Rhodes Town offers many shops and vibrant nightlife, and sights including the fortress completed in the 14th century by the nights of St. John. Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece, is one of the oldest cities in Europe, and the city has a lot to offer. Among the numerous monuments of particular interest in the city are those from the Roman period, the Triumphal Arch of Galerius, and the Rotonda. The town today has two quite distinct sectors: the old town, continuously undergoing reconstruction, and the modern sector, whose many modern buildings are examples of advanced architecture. There are also many institutions that contribute to the cultural and academic life of the city. Thessaloniki is a thriving city and one of the most important trade and communications centres in the Mediterranean.
Volos
Founded in the mid 19th century, Volos is a cheerful, lively town, soundly laid out with pleasant, broad streets. The waterfront is an ideal spot for a stroll. A modern coastal avenue bustling with life, it is lined with pastry shops, cafes and restaurants. Volos harbour is particularly active. The city of Volos is situated at the centre of the Greek mainland, and is the only outlet to the sea from Thessaly, the country's largest agricultural region.
Zante
Zante is the southernmost island in the Ionian group, Zante ranges from mountainous landscapes in the north to gentle hills and flatter countryside in the south.
