TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. YOUR CONTRACT

The acceptance of your full payment or deposit forms a contract between Charter Flight Centre, or if we are acting as an agent, between the operator with whom you are placing booking and the first named passenger acting on behalf of all passengers. Where we do not act as an agent our booking conditions apply.

You are deemed to accept these conditions.

2. WE ACT AS AGENTS

Please note in most cases we only act as agents for tour operators, consolidators, airlines, accommodation suppliers and car hire operators. We will state this in our confirmation invoice and in these cases you are contractually bound by the separate booking conditions of your operator which will be sent to you. In addition to that operators conditions our own terms of business apply when we are acting as agents and these are shown in paragraph 6.

Where we act as agent you will receive a confirmation from Charter Flight Centre straight away which will state who we are acting as agents for, their ATOL number (which you are protected under by the Civil Aviation Authority) and the booking reference with the ATOL holder. This constitutes your ATOL receipt.

It is very important that you check all details and immediately notify us of any errors, as errors reported at a later date may incur a fee (from Charter Flight Centre, the ATOL holder, or both).

After Charter Flight Centre has received the ATOL holder's Confirmation Invoice, you will receive a copy, normally sent by post or by email. This is usually within 14 days of the booking being made.

3. PAYMENT / REFUND POLICY

A non-refundable deposit which is variable, is required for departures more than ten weeks away. Bookings within 10 weeks of departure require full payment to be made at time of bookings, which is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

4. FLIGHTS

Charter flights may on occasion be subject to change by up to 12 hours either side of the published times without compensation or the right to cancel.

Tour operators may on occasion change the airline used. This is not classified as a major change and no compensation or right to cancel will be offered.

Change of UK departure point between the airports serving London: Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton and Stansted is not classed as a major change by some operators. If a change occurs there may be no compensation or right to cancel offered.

In very rare cases change of destination airport such as between Plovdiv and Sofia, and vice versa is not classed as a major change by some operators. If a change occurs there may be no compensation or right to cancel offered.

Please check all documentation and tickets as soon as received and notify us of any discrepancy. We cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of discrepancies within 7 days of despatch.

5. PASSPORT, VISAS, etc.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you have all necessary visas, health requirements.

6. FURTHER CONDITIONS - Where we act as agent

  1. Where the commission received by us from an operator is not sufficient to cover costs, a booking fee will be charged.
  2. Where a final balance is paid to us after the due date we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
  3. In the event of cancellation by yourself  the operator will apply cancellation charges as per their booking conditions. Charter Flight Centre will also apply a charge to cover their administration costs.
