We are not just a website, our business was established a long time before the internet became a way of life, and many of our staff from our early days are still with us. We therefore offer a personal level of service that you will not get from the online giants, with their premium rate, offshore call centres.
For businesses that would like to refer their clients to us, we offer unrivalled levels of support. If you have a villa, a hotel, organise group trips, arrange boating holidays, diving holidays or any other type of service where you need your customers to fly, we can help.
We will never try to cross-sell any services that compete with elements being offered by you as an affiliate. This is something to watch out for with other agents!
We also offer reporting tools and search tools, together with a direct phone number of an experienced member of our team that will take calls from you and your customers. This personal contact will also be on hand to handle any unforeseen issues that clients may have before, during and after their flights. Our level of service sets us apart from others in our industry.
